Prolific author former MP, and retired Senator Douglas Roche’s latest book explores how Prime Minister Mark Carney is handling the “vital issues” of peace and security.
“I admire Carney, but he needs to hold defence spending to a reasonable level instead of letting it dominate the domestic budget,” Roche told Hear on the Hill by email on September 9.
Roche’s new book, Values | Chaos: Discovering Mark Carney and Canada’s role in a Ruptured World, has been available on Amazon since September 10. It’s independently published and distributed through IngramSpark.
