      Dear Minister Freeland:
The cat is out of the bag!
Since the illegitimate coup d’état of 2009 which overthrew the democratic government of Mel Zelaya, the Canadian government has been an ardent supporter of the imposter governments and the two rigged elections of 2013 and 2018 which confirmed the Hernandez cartel in government. Of course the intended purpose was to strengthen the Canada-Hunduras Free Trade agreement which has given unprecedented power and impunity to Canadian investors in the sweatshops, tourism and especially mining. Under the guise of foreign development assistance, Canadian dollars have gone directly into the personal accounts of the Hernandez cartel. The extent of the network of corruption is currently being exposed in American courts.

Canada has a few “humanitarian” projects whose purpose is only to disguise Canadian support of the military government = Herandez cartel. The mask dropped recently as it became evident that Canadian provided support for the health sector totally stripped of resources by the Hernandez government (Social Security robbery), is used exclusively to transport police hit squads and military to repress people protesting throughout the country.
Canadian flags are plastered on the side of vehicles that were “donated” to the Ministry of Health for “exclusive use for Chagas disease” used to carry Military Police and military to repress protesters defending public education and healthcare in northern Honduras.
