The Enduring Appeal of Epiphany Explorations

After 13 years, Epiphany Explorations has not lost its appeal.  While each year the organizers work hard to bring together an interesting lineup of presenters and musicians, conference attendees report that the conference is more than a sum of its parts. It is so much more than a conference – it is joyous, spiritual, social event.
I believe that the coming together of participants interested in learning and sharing the most up to date and innovative ideas on theology and spirituality creates a special energy that invigorates and recharges people. I hear it each year from both attendees and volunteers. Comments like the following fill our surveys:

Since the first time I went to EE five years ago, I have found it to be an integral part of my spiritual journey. I was unable to attend one year and missed it so much I have made it a priority to attend. I am not a minister, so I love a chance to hear these speakers and learn so much. It fills my tank for the upcoming year.
I enjoy connecting with other members of the church from across the country, and it updates me on the current events/trends happening in the church in general.
I have come from Ontario to EE for the last 11 years and have never once regretted the time or expense. The conference is always a high point in my year and the best way to use study leave time. I never fail to return to my congregation enthused, energized and enriched.
Through our live streaming capacity, we are also able to share this experience with people around the country. We hope that churches will use the live streaming to share the experience with their congregations and potentially fundraise for their church. Those without strong internet can also utilize the EE DVD’s to put on an event.
We invite you to experience Epiphany Explorations with us.  We will be welcoming national and international presenters and musicians including: Naomi Tutu, Tom Axworthy, Meghan Rohrer, Douglas Todd and the Victoria Soul Gospel Choir.         For the full conference lineup, check out epiphanyexplorations.ca  and remember you can register for the whole conference or single sessions.
