We are saddened to announce Fred’s passing. He was born and raised in Victoria and moved to Kelowna in 1969. Fred earned his B.A., teaching certificate and M.A. (Couns. Psych) at Uvic. He’s survived by Penny (Chamberlain), his loving wife of 50 years, his children Steven (Julia) and Karen (Randy) and his beloved granddaughters, Erika, Abby, Lauren and Krista and a large extended family. A celebration of Fred’s life will be held at First Lutheran Church, Kelowna, BC on September 9, 2017 at 10:30 a.m.
