As an update on the project, Rainbow of Hope for Children sent the first allotment of funds to commence the construction of the school. We are close to reaching our goal of CAN$65,231.00. The community of Bantambaari, Ghana, Africa will contribute an equivalent of CAN$13,568.00 with unskilled labour. This is really a great project as the community of Bantambaari does not have a school. It will provide education to about 60 children in kindergarten and grade 1, as the nearest school in Bumboazio is a five kilometre walk each way. The children of kindergarten and grade 1 are too small and unable to walk to that school. Consequently, they are disadvantaged because they cannot start their education until they are older and stronger.

It is not too late to contribute to this school project in Bantambaari: RAINBOW OF HOPE, Wainwright, AB T9W 1S7 PO Box 2883. Mark your donation: “Bamtambaari School Project”.
My recent letter requesting funds for the Nepal Covid-19 project generated a little more than $10,000.00. Thank you on behalf of the people of Nepal.
